Summary
You will serve as a Supervisory Management Analyst in the N7 Training and Exercises Department of CWG-SIX.
Duties
- You will supervise military and civilian administrative support personnel at the command, setting operational priorities and directing workflow.
- You will oversee the command language program ensuring adherence to Navy-mandated periodic linguistic proficiency requirements for all intermediate superior in command (ISIC) linguists.
- You will oversee management of the Navy’s Cyber On-Net Operator training program ensuring all temporary duty under instruction (TEMDUINS) student administrative requirements are met.
- You will manage the ISIC Training Program to include; Common Military Training (CMT) requirements, Navy Advancement in Rate requirements and examinations to ensure overall training readiness across ISIC commands.
- You will manage the ISIC’s Navy Fleet and Joint service training exercise requirements to include exercise coordination, planning, execution and exercise lessons-learned process.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GG/GS-13) or pay band in the federal service, or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Overseeing the management of a team of civilian and military professionals by planning/carrying out assignments and resolving conflicts; Interpreting policy to make technical and non-technical decisions necessary to produce innovative management analyses for disciplines within the department; Utilizing intelligence theories, principles, and standards to evaluate current readiness and support mission essential tasking; Assessing the relevance and significance of developments in the department's training environments using technical and non-technical data from multiple sources; Drafting and editing civilian performance reviews, military evaluations, awards (civilian/military), general correspondence, memos, publications, and briefs. A negative drug test result must be received by HR within 30 calendar days after the EOD (i.e., start date). The selectee's inability to successfully pass; or refusal to conduct the test may result in: 1) the tentative or final job offer being withdrawn during the recruitment process; or 2) subsequently being removed from Federal service for failure to meet a condition of employment. You may be required to sign a "Drug Test Statement of Understanding" if you are selected for this position.
