You'll also build and lead a high-performing team, establish strong governance and performance measures, and represent Product Management and Digital Solutions in leadership forums to drive client and business outcomes across the enterprise.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. To successfully perform the work, you'll be on-site full-time.

Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.

How you'll succeed

Set the enterprise strategy - Lead the multi-year strategy and roadmap for the Treasury Management portfolio and commercial digital experience, aligning investments and priorities to business growth, client needs, regulatory expectations, resiliency, and modernization goals.

Lead portfolio decisions - Determine which capabilities should be built, bought, partnered for, enhanced, consolidated, or retired based on strategic fit, client impact, speed to market, economics, and long-term value.

Drive product management excellence - Establish consistent standards for product ownership, business cases, roadmaps, pricing, launch readiness, performance scorecards, post-launch reviews, and decommissioning practices across the portfolio.

Advance digital client experiences - Translate client journeys and business priorities into integrated roadmaps across online and mobile banking, application programming interfaces, enterprise resource planning and treasury workstation connectivity, file transmission, analytics, and self-service capabilities.

Deliver commercial and financial outcomes - Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Onboarding, Client Service, and Operations to commercialize solutions, improve adoption and retention, and manage performance across revenue, deposits, profitability, pricing, cost, and return on investment.

Lead execution and talent development - Build a high-performing Product Management and Digital Solutions organization, define clear decision rights and ways of working, and coach leaders who are accountable for client outcomes, economics, risk management, roadmap delivery, and performance.
