JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, Extended Stay Brand Management leads the execution of strategic initiatives for WoodSpring Suites and Everhome Suites, supporting brand objectives established by brand leadership. This role translates strategy into actionable plans, drives cross-functional execution, and delivers measurable outcomes that strengthen owner and guest value while enhancing brand performance. The position serves as a key partner across internal teams, franchisees, and external stakeholders to ensure brand initiatives are implemented effectively and aligned with long-term business goals. The role influences decisions through data-driven recommendations, strong business acumen, and disciplined project execution. This is an individual contributor role operating with a high degree of autonomy and cross-functional influence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Planning & Execution

Lead end-to-end execution of assigned brand initiatives supporting the strategic priorities of WoodSpring Suites and Everhome Suites.

Translate strategic direction into defined scopes of work, project plans, milestones, timelines, and success metrics.

Develop options, recommendations, and business cases informed by consumer insights, competitive intelligence, operational considerations, and stakeholder feedback.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, centers of excellence, and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality execution.

Identify risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and decision points and provide recommendations to leadership.
Financial & Operational Analysis
-
Monitor brand performance, competitive trends, and operational metrics to identify opportunities and risks.

Partner with franchise performance, analytics, and operational teams to convert business insights into actionable recommendations.

Support prioritization and investment decisions through financial analysis, performance evaluation, and business case development.

Develop executive-ready presentations that communicate insights, recommendations, and expected outcomes.
Brand Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
-
Serve as a brand ambassador across internal and external audiences, including franchisees, operators, vendors, and advisory councils.

Create and deliver effective communications that reinforce brand strategy, initiative progress, and business results.

Lead coordination and execution activities for franchise advisory council committees and related stakeholder forums.
-
Build strong working relationships across functions to drive alignment and influence outcomes.
Product & Prototype Management
-
Lead coordination of prototype and product-related initiatives from concept through recommendation and execution.
-
Partner with design, architecture, operations, procurement, and external vendors to evaluate and implement brand solutions.
-
Assess recommendations through the lens of owner return on investment, capital expenditure implications, operational feasibility, and speed to market.
-
Present options, risks, and recommendations to leadership to support informed decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS
Employment Experience
-
Minimum of 7 years of professional-level experience in brand management, management consulting, corporate strategy, project management, hospitality, franchise operations, or a related field.
-
Experience in the hotel industry, hospitality sector, lodging, franchising, or a multi-unit consumer brand environment preferred.
-
Demonstrated success translating business strategy into measurable execution outcomes.
-
Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
-
Experience utilizing analytics and business insights to drive strategic recommendations and operational decisions.
Technical Skills
-
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
-
Strong project management and planning capabilities.
-
Experience developing presentations, business cases, and executive communications.
-
Ability to analyze financial, operational, and performance data to support decision-making.
-
PMP certification preferred.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

MBA preferred.

PMP certification is a plus.

- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this position is $114 ,907 - $135,184. In addition to the annual salary, this role is eligible for an annual bonus based on the terms of Choice's Management Incentive Plan (MIP).
