Manufacturing Associate | 1st & 2nd Shift

In this role your responsibility will be to help your team achieve daily production goals. Work will vary based off of production needs. Key Responsibilities: - Ability to work in a team environment - Must be able to perform simple machine set-ups - Must be able to read and understand most blueprints - Demonstrate working knowledge and understanding of most QC requirements and procedures - Must be able to monitor scrap rates - Must be able to inspect parts in accordance with procedure policy - Basic understanding of different cutting tools and their usage - Basic knowledge of ISO concepts - Understand production requirements - Basic understanding of Lean principles - Must be available to work overtime if required Required Qualifications - High school diploma or GED preferred - One-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience required - Basic math skills - Accountability to show up to work regularly and provide a positive attitude. Work Environment This position operates in both office and manufacturing floor environments. Exposure to noise, machinery, temperature variation, and industrial conditions may occur when accessing plant areas.
