Job Description

We're seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support all on-site HR functions for a growing data center operation. This role will partner closely with operations, construction, safety, and leadership teams to support employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, performance management, and workforce engagement. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary on-site HR resource for employees and managers

  • Handle employee relations, investigations, corrective actions, and policy guidance

  • Support full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for hourly and salaried employees

  • Maintain HR records, HRIS data, and compliance documentation

  • Assist with leave administration, workers' compensation, and payroll-related matters

  • Coordinate training, compliance tracking, and employee development initiatives

  • Partner with Operations, Construction, and EHS teams to support a safe and productive workplace

  • Track and report HR metrics including turnover, attendance, and staffing trends

Skills and Requirements

Qualifications: •At least 5 years of HR experience in a Generalist or HRBP capacity

  • Experience supporting construction, data center, industrial, manufacturing, or operations based environments

  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and HR best practices

  • Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Ability to work fully onsite and support occasional off-hours needs

  • Payroll exposure

  • Experience with Oracle, Workday, UKG, or similar HRIS platforms
