This is a 2nd shift position working Monday to Thursday from 2:30pm to 1:00am at the Rt 30 location. The hourly rate of pay is $23.18.
The Press Operator monitors and cleans press equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
Major Functions and Scope:

Monitors efficient operation of press equipment within control plans.

Identifies minor mechanical problems and performs adjustments to equipment as needed.

Performs routine cleaning of equipment as needed for color changes.

Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.

Follows standard operating and safety procedures.

Keeps area safe, clean and organized.

Performs other related duties as required.
Education and Knowledge:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
- 0 -1 year previous manufacturing/production experience.
Competencies:

Good oral and written communications skills.

Good record keeping skills.

Good listening skills.

Accurate measurement capability.

Ability to understand and speak basic English.

Ability to work in a safe and conscientious manner.
