As the Manager of Shift Production, you will lead and develop a team of production specialists, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. In this role, you will oversee daily production activities, align resources to meet production schedules, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards.

Location: New Oxford, PA

What you will accomplish together with us:

• Coordinate personnel, equipment, and materials to execute daily production plans efficiently.

• Provide coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback to production staff, implementing corrective actions when necessary to ensure production goals are achieved.

• Monitor production schedules, track performance metrics, and ensure timely fulfillment of production targets.

• Partner with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

• Promote a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across the production team.
