Operating Engineer - JLL What this job involves: The Operating Engineer plays a critical role in maintaining the operational integrity of facility systems, ensuring the building and its equipment run safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable standards. This position requires hands-on expertise in at least one core trade area, such as electrical, HVAC, piping/plumbing, or central utility plant operations, combined with working knowledge across multiple disciplines to handle a broad range of daily and weekly maintenance assignments.
