Description

USfalcon is seeking a Joint Education Program Manager, Senior to support USSTRATCOM at Offutt AFB, NE.

JOB SUMMARY:

This senior-level position provides education program management expertise to coordinate academic partnerships, develop and assess lesson plans, and ensure continuous improvement of joint education initiatives. It supports USSTRATCOM personnel and mission requirements, with a focus on strategic deterrence and global operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Manage, coordinate, and execute joint education and professional development programs.

  • Serve as the primary interface with major universities on graduate-level admissions, enrollment, registration, and bursar operations

  • Develop, review, and refine lesson plans and educational materials; conduct analysis and continuous improvement.

  • Evaluate course and program effectiveness, track KPIs, and prepare educational reports.

  • Coordinate with operational staff, leadership teams, academic partners, and mission stakeholders

  • Lead program reviews, lessons learned, and improvement initiatives

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 10 years routinely interfacing with graduate-level academic institutions

  • Working knowledge of program management, lesson plan development, educational analysis, program improvement, and assessment methodologies

  • Experience supporting professional development, training coordination, or organizational education initiatives; military/government training environment experience preferred

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

  • Highschool diploma OR equivalent

REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Top-Secret with eligibility for SCI, NC2/ESI, and SAP
