Full job description

HIRING: IT Support Technician | Fairdale, KY

Adecco Healthcare & LifeSciences is currently looking for an IT Support Technician to join our client's IT team!

Pay: $25–$30/hour

Location: Onsite – 6204 New Cut Road, Fairdale, KY

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Employment: Contract (3months with possible extension)

What You’ll Do

  • Provide hands-on desktop and help desk support to internal users.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and application issues.

  • Install, configure, and maintain PCs, software, printers, barcode scanners, and other peripherals.

  • Support automated systems, including conveyor systems and pharmacy technology.

  • Document, track, prioritize, and resolve service desk requests.

  • Escalate complex issues to the Engineering Team when needed.

  • Assist with IT projects, end-user training, and other technology initiatives.

  • Participate in on-call support as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 1–2 years of experience supporting enterprise desktop environments.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of desktop/server networking.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

  • Strong interest in technology and continuous learning.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
