  • Proven people leadership, including setting strategic direction, prioritizing a portfolio of work, coaching senior quantitative talent, managing performance, and building an effective execution culture.

  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain complex quantitative topics in clear commercial terms and influence decisions across business, control, and technical teams.

  • Experience operating in a governed quantitative environment, including model documentation, validation support, performance monitoring, controls, risk assessment, and controlled change management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct leadership experience on, or closely supporting, a securities-lending, stock-loan, or equity-finance desk.

  • Experience developing securities-lending pricing, locate, inventory-allocation, collateral-deployment, financing, or accrual P&L analytics and models.

  • Familiarity with broker-dealer Treasury, funding, liquidity, capital, balance-sheet management, and transfer-pricing concepts.

  • Experience operationalizing quantitative models and analytics through controlled production processes, transparent outputs, trader-facing workflows, exception management, and ongoing monitoring.

  • Track record of applying optimization, statistical modeling, AI/ML, or automation to practical business problems in an explainable, governable, and production-oriented manner.
