What a Typical Day Looks Like

  • Receive incoming parts from warehouse

  • Inspect components for defects, accuracy, and quality

  • Log and document inspection results in systems

  • Work closely with warehouse and production during morning syncs

  • Maintain a steady workflow with a strong focus on detail and precision Qualifications

  • Prior quality control or inspection experience preferred

  • Experience using measurement and inspection tools

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Comfortable with visual inspection and documentation

  • Basic computer skills Ideal Candidate

  • Detail-oriented and process-driven

  • Experience in manufacturing or quality environments

  • Comfortable working independently

  • Strong focus on quality over speed

Skills and Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections on incoming parts
  • Use inspection tools such as:
  • Micrometers
  • Calipers
  • Height gauges
  • Go/no go gauge
  • (CMM experience is a plus)
  • Verify that materials meet quality and engineering requirements
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate findings with warehouse and production teams Release approved materials back to warehouse for use in production
