As a Director, you are accountable for the performance and results of a critical functional department. You will: Establish Operational Objectives: Define the technical roadmap and procedures for data management that affect immediate operations and potentially have company-wide effects. Predictive Modeling: Lead the creation of complex predictive models and capacity simulations to dictate resource allocation and staffing levels. Job Qualifications: Are you the right fit? Complex Problem Solving: You are adept at working on complex issues where problems are not clearly defined and fundamental principles may not fully apply, requiring the evaluation of intangible variables. Decisive Judgment: You exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results that impact the entire function. Strategic Collaboration: You are a captivating storyteller capable of influencing diverse stakeholders and senior management, often creating formal networks to coordinate between different functional groups.
