Full job description

What is Bilt? Bilt is the membership for where you live.

What started as a way to reward people on their largest expense has turned into an ecosystem connecting our members, property managers and local merchants. Travel, dining, fitness, everyday spend. We are building systems across payments, credit, loyalty, and commerce all at once.

We run lean and move quickly. Every person here has a real impact on what gets built and how fast it happens.

This role comes with real ownership and high expectations. If you prefer clearly defined lanes and structure, this will feel uncomfortable. If you want to build quickly, have a real say in what gets built, and work on products used by millions, you will likely do your best work here.

What’s the role? Bilt is looking for a Hospitality Implementation Consultant to support the successful rollout of Bilt's guest experience platform with restaurant and hospitality partners. This is an in-person, field-based contract role focused on training, launch execution, and hands-on implementation support.

You'll work directly with restaurant teams, from GMs to ownership groups, to ensure they feel confident, supported, and set up for a smooth and successful launch. You'll serve as a first-line implementation resource during onboarding and rollout, helping restaurant teams navigate operational questions, troubleshoot issues, and escalate to the broader Dining Team when needed. Bilt partners with leading restaurants and hospitality groups to deliver a seamless guest experience that reflects the best of hospitality: high-touch, thoughtful, and operationally sound.

This role will require a commitment of 20hrs/week and possible travel.

In this role, you will…

  • Lead on-site onboarding and training for restaurant staff and management
  • Provide comprehensive training on Bilt's Exclusive Mobile Checkout and Guest Experience Platform, including guest experience flow, best practices, SOPs, and educating restaurant partners on the "why" behind their partnership with Bilt
  • Support launch day execution, including manager and FOH team training, observing service, and coaching teams in real time to ensure a smooth experience for restaurant partners and guests
  • Act as the first line of implementation support for partners during launch and initial rollout, including monitoring and responding in Venue x Bilt group chats and escalating issues to the Dining Team as needed
  • Troubleshoot operational questions and technology issues calmly and resourcefully during implementation
  • Capture and share partner feedback gathered on-site with the broader Dining Team to improve future launches
  • Identify potential roadblocks early and communicate clearly to keep implementations on track
  • Represent Bilt's hospitality values in every interaction, building trust with restaurant operators and their teams
  • Conduct follow-up training sessions with newly launched partners during the implementation period as needed
  • Document implementation progress, launch outcomes, and partner feedback for internal stakeholders
  • Support a smooth transition of restaurant partners to the Dining Team following successful implementation

In terms of qualification, we're seeking...

  • Appreciation for restaurant operations and the dining industry: you understand how service works and what teams need to succeed, with a natural comfort being in a restaurant
  • Experience leading restaurant implementations, training, onboarding, hospitality operations, or similar customer-facing initiatives
  • A natural relationship builder who can connect with everyone from front-line staff to GMs to ownership groups
  • A smart, resourceful problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity and help teams through inevitable launch-day hiccups
  • Strong hospitality instincts and the ability to represent Bilt professionally and warmly with partners
  • Comfort leading training and presenting to groups (pre-shifts, manager training, etc.)
  • Comfortable using basic tools like Slack and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple restaurant launches simultaneously

Nice to Have:

  • Prior restaurant experience, though not required
  • Familiarity with restaurant tech (POS systems, reservations, loyalty programs, or related tools)

At Bilt Rewards, we believe in transparency and we do our best to make sure the company and our candidates are on the same page as it relates to compensation. In addition to posting salary ranges for our open roles, candidates should expect to be asked about compensation expectations and requirements early on in their interview process. Our goal is to highlight when expectations and Bilt’s salary range may be out of sync, and work with the candidate to determine whether it makes sense to continue conversations. We are considering candidates with differing levels of expertise for this position. Leveling will be based upon your experience and performance in the interview process.

Where a new hire falls within a range will be based on their individual skills and experience, and how these competencies compare across other employees in the same role. Bilt's bands are designed to allow for individual compensation growth within the role. As such, new hires typically start at the lower end of the range. Bilt rewards performance and outcomes - should you join the company, you will have the opportunity to grow your salary over time.

The salary range for a Hospitality Implementation Consultant is $7,000 - 8,000/month for 20 hours of work. This role also includes an overtime structure and a travel payment structure.
