This is an excellent opportunity to lead high-visibility improvement initiatives, collaborate with plant leadership, and influence positive change throughout the operation. This position pays $85,000-$115,000 annually and is a Direct-Hire opportunity.

Typical daily duties:

• Analyze production processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and safety

• Lead continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and industrial engineering principles

• Support 5S, CAPEX, and operational excellence initiatives across the facility

• Review production and operational data to drive informed business decisions

• Coach and support employees on Lean tools, best practices, and process improvement methodologies

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience with process improvement methodologies, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma

• Knowledge of project management, industrial engineering principles, and data analysis techniques

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence change

• Experience in wood products manufacturing or other heavy industrial environments preferred

• Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and deliver measurable results
