Childcare Teachers and Teacher Aides

Who We Are CCC Substitute Teachers provide quality care and support to children in early childhood programs while helping classrooms run smoothly. They step into a variety of childcare settings, creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment where children can learn and grow. Responsibilities (this is not a comprehensive list and additional responsibilities may be required based on individual center needs) 1. Supervise children and ensure their safety and wellbeing at all times 2. Follow the daily classroom schedule and support age appropriate learning activities 3. Assist with meals, snacks, naps, and classroom transitions as needed 4. Build positive relationships with children, teachers, and center staff 5. Adapt quickly to different classrooms, age groups, and center routines Qualifications 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Must meet all state clearance and training requirements (not required for consideration, but must be willing to obtain prior to starting) 3. Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a variety of childcare settings 4. Positive attitude, flexibility, and a passion for working with children (prior experience not required) Benefits 1.
