We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team in the turbine generator component factory. This position is 4th Shift (Fri –Sun 5PM-5:30AM) . Our factory in Fort Payne, Alabama has been producing high-quality electrical components for the world for the past 37 years. You can expect to work with teammates in a safe, comfortable, climate-controlled environment to manufacture parts for large generators. This role is perfect for individuals with strong hands-on skills who take pride in their craftsmanship and are committed to producing top-quality products!

How You Make An Impact

  • Performhands-on assembly, fabrication, and assembly of turbine generatorcomponents.

  • Utilizevarious hand tools and machinery to complete tasks efficiently andaccurately.

  • Followdetailed work instructions and blueprints to ensure precision inmanufacturing.

  • Conductquality inspections of finished products to meet specifications andstandards.

  • Maintaina clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

  • Collaboratewith team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

What You Bring

  • Highschool diploma/GED that can be verified; technical training orcertification in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.

  • Astrong safety and quality mindset is a must.

  • Anyhands-on experience in a manufacturing or assembly role, preferably in theenergy sector, is preferred.

  • Strongmechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools and machinery.

  • Abilityto read and interpret technical drawings and specifications or to learn.

  • Strongproblem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of ateam.

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
