We are seeking a trustworthy, reliable, and highly detail-oriented Transportation Payroll Specialist to join our team.

As an employee-owner at Willow Run Foods, you'll share in the success of the company through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). This unique benefit helps employees build long-term retirement wealth while contributing to the continued success of the company.

Duties:

  • Process driver payroll accurately and on schedule

  • Review route information received from onboard truck computer systems

  • Prepare weekly and quarterly reports

  • Process quarterly driver bonus payments

  • Assist Human Resources team members as needed

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and payroll information

Skills:

  • EXCELLENT attendance standards

  • EXTREMELY detail-oriented

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality (VITAL)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Solid computer skills

  • Reliable and dependable work ethic

Pay and Benefits:

$20.00per hour
