Express is seeking a CNC Programmer for a Manufacturing Company in Irwin! Do you have CNC programming experience and enjoy working with advanced machining operations? Express is seeking a CNC Programmer to create, troubleshoot, and optimize CNC programs for milling and turning operations. This position offers the opportunity to work with multi-axis equipment while supporting continuous improvement and production efficiency. SHIFT: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (Schedule flexibility available) Benefits of working with Express as a CNC Programmer: . Medical, dental, and vision benefits . Weekly paychecks . Working with a dedicated & responsive team . Monthly referral bonuses & more! Job Duties of the CNC Programmer: . Create CNC programs using CAM software for milling and turning operations . Program multi-axis CNC mills and lathes according to engineering specifications . Interpret blueprints, drawings, and design documents to develop machining programs . Troubleshoot CNC programs and machining processes to improve efficiency and accuracy . Maintain records of CNC programs and machining operations . Continuously evaluate and improve programming methods to increase productivity . Other duties as required Qualifications of the CNC Programmer: . High school diploma or GED . Attention to detail and accuracy . Reliability . Experience with CNC programming and CAM software . Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings . Experience with multi-axis milling and turning operations preferred . Experience with Esprit CAM Software preferred .
