  • Coordinate technology assessments and governance activities across AI and Emerging Technology, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Legal, Sourcing/Procurement, Finance and Funding, Technology Domain SMEs, Data, and Risk and Compliance.

  • Prepare requests for and support the New Technology Review Committee (NTRC), including agendas, materials, presentations, decisions, and follow-up actions, and track action items, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations.

  • Analyze business demand against existing technology capabilities, platforms, products, and roadmaps to identify duplicate or overlapping solutions, consolidation and reuse opportunities, technology rationalization, and cost avoidance.

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and executive-level summaries covering demand volumes and trends, business priorities, technology investments, funding requirements, governance status, cycle times, and cost avoidance opportunities.

  • Support the operation and maturity of the Enterprise Technology Portfolio Management Center of Excellence, continuously improving processes, procedures, templates, standards, governance artifacts, intake and workflow tooling, and related training and adoption activities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree

  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Copilot or a comparable enterprise AI assistant to research, summarize, draft documentation, and accelerate analysis; experience with Glean or a similar enterprise knowledge discovery tool preferred.
