Anisa is partnered with a growing, client-focused wealth management firm that specializes in delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth individuals and families. As an Associate Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting comprehensive financial planning engagements while developing expertise across retirement, investment, tax, estate, and wealth transfer planning. This role is perfect for an aspiring financial planner who wants more than back-office plan preparation. You'll gain direct exposure to clients, learn from experienced advisors, and build the skills necessary to become a trusted advisor to high-net-worth families. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Support Lead Advisors in delivering comprehensive financial planning services

• Prepare and update financial plans covering retirement, investment, tax, and estate planning strategies

• Participate in client meetings and gain direct client relationship experience

• Conduct financial planning research and analysis

• Prepare client reviews, presentations, and meeting materials

• Track follow-up items and assist with plan implementation

• Continue developing technical planning expertise while progressing toward a Financial Planner role

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of financial planning or wealth management experience

• CFP® certification required or CFP® education requirements completed and actively pursuing certification

• Familiarity with financial planning software such as eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, or similar platforms

• Strong analytical, communication, and client service skills

• Highly organized with a detail-oriented approach

• Passion for building a long-term career in wealth management and financial planning
