Full job description
Underground Utility Crew Leader 2 openings | $35-$42 per hour AandA Construction and Utilities is hiring crew leaders for wet and dry utility projects, including water, sewer, storm drain, and conduit work. Lead field crews, coordinate daily work, review plans and layout, monitor pipe grade and quality, reinforce excavation safety, and report progress and needs to the office. What were looking for: Prior underground utility crew leadership is strongly preferred. Water and sewer installation experience is important. Storm drain, conduit, plan reading, grade laser, and daily reporting experience are valuable. Requirements: Full-time, year-round availability. A valid DOT medical card is required. A CDL is not required. Must be prepared for outdoor field work on active construction sites. Projects are across Maryland, with occasional work in DC and Northern Virginia.
