Full job description
COVA Tree is looking for an experienced Crew Lead / Tree Climber to join our team. This role involves performing tree pruning and removals while leading a crew and maintaining a safe, efficient job site. Responsibilities - Perform tree climbing, pruning, and removals using proper rigging techniques - Lead and support crew members on daily job sites - Ensure all safety procedures and company standards are followed - Operate tree care equipment such as chainsaws and chippers - Complete scheduled work orders efficiently - Maintain a clean, organized job site and ensure properties are left in excellent condition Qualifications - Experience with tree climbing and pruning/removal work - Knowledge of safe rigging and tree care practices - Strong work ethic and ability to lead a crew - Commitment to safety and teamwork
