Looking for an experienced Reliability Engineer in Ashland, ME! Typical daily duties:

Analyze equipment performance and identify reliability improvement opportunities

Investigate equipment failures and collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to reduce downtime

Monitor asset health, track reliability metrics, and recommend equipment and process improvements
What we're looking for:
-
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of reliability engineering and maintenance experience, including CMMS systems and predictive maintenance practices
-
Strong knowledge of RCA, RCM, FMEA, TPM methodologies, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
