Senior Manager, Business Application Consulting - Guidewire Testing, PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Columbus, OH. Oversee consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. Analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Manage the testing and quality assurance activities related to Guidewire applications and software suites that provide insurance companies with tools for policy administration, claims management, and billing. Supervise and coach teams. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $195,000 - $221,000/yr. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 6 years of related work experience, of which at least 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience. Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following: - Using any one of the following agile and SAFe delivery methodologies and tools: Confluence, Kanban, Scrum, Jira or QTest; - Performing Quality Assurance and Testing-related work, and implementing automation levels of test coverage for each of the applications in the scope of testing; - Providing technical and consulting support activities and functions within data migration and implementation of automation; - Generating Quality Management reports and metrics, such as performance test metrics; and - Defining and implementing the defect management and lifecycle process as part of the software development life cycle (SDLC), as well as defining Test Strategy and approach to Guidewire's Data. 50% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office. Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
