Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join Redlee Construction in Louisville, KY. Redlee is looking for a motivated, coachable candidate who wants to grow and build a long-term career within the company. This individual will support K-12 school construction projects throughout the Louisville area while learning directly from experienced Project Managers and company leadership. During the contract period, all projects will remain local to Louisville, providing an opportunity to develop project management skills without extensive travel. The role will spend approximately 60% of their time in the office collaborating with other Project Managers and the company President. As the candidate grows within the organization, they will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and larger projects. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, understands construction blueprints, and is looking for a company where they can grow professionally.

Skills and Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager within construction

• Ability to read and comprehend construction blueprints and project drawings

• Desire to grow and develop within a construction organization long-term

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Coachable mindset with the ability to take direction and apply feedback Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation

• Commercial construction experience

• Experience using Microsoft Project
