Job Description

Responsibilities

The Construction Project Manager - Intermediate manages the necessary resources for coordinated implementation of several concurrent Norton Healthcare capital construction projects with budgets up to $20M. The Construction Project Manager - Intermediate assembles internal and external teams to develop and coordinate various project components including scope definition, design, estimating, bidding, cost accounting, regulatory compliance, infection prevention, scheduling and other activities required for the timely completion of assigned projects within budget. The Construction Project Manager - Intermediate demonstrates knowledge of industry standard bid practices, construction payment methods and scheduling. The Construction Project Manager - Intermediate supports other departmental activities as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

Three years in construction project management or healthcare-related project management

Desired:

Certified Healthcare Construction
