- Position Overview
The North Carolina 911 Boards Network Monitoring and Assistance Center (NMAC) is a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week statewide operations center responsible for monitoring and coordinating technical support for North Carolinas Next Generation 911 (NG911) system.
The NMAC serves as a central point of contact for Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs), telecommunications providers, and technology vendors throughout North Carolina. Our mission is to help maintain the availability, reliability, and operational readiness of critical 911 services.
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and technically capable Tier I Network Technician to join our overnight operations team.
