Substitute teachers earn $140 per day. Additionally, if long-term substitute teachers earn $185.19 per day after ten consecutive days in the same assignment

Requirements

All substitutes must submit to a criminal background check.

Substitute teachers must have a valid Iowa Teaching License, Iowa Substitute License or Substitute Authorization.

Substitute teachers must provide copies of their official transcripts
Once these required items have been submitted you will receive all the necessary payroll information via our online onboarding system.
