Full job description

Sage is a leading provider of cloud-based financial management solutions, empowering businesses to thrive in the digital economy. With Sage Intacct at the core of our offerings, we serve a diverse range of mid-sized organizations by helping them streamline operations, gain real-time visibility into performance, and make smarter decisions faster. As a customer-first organization, we are redefining what it means to deliver exceptional value in B2B SaaS.

At Sage, we are passionate about innovation, integrity, and impact. We believe the future of finance is intelligent, automated, and insight-driven—and we're building that future now.

Position Overview

As we enter a high-growth phase within our Business Development Representative (BDR) organization, we are seeking a Ramp Accelerator to drive a scalable, data-driven ramping process for new hires. This role is essential to accelerating time-to-productivity, standardizing ramp milestones, and ensuring a high-touch onboarding experience post-orientation. The Ramp Accelerator will be a key player in developing our next generation of top-performing BDRs

This hybrid position requires commuting to the Atlanta (Ponce City Market) office on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday each week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the BDR ramp framework from post-orientation to full productivity.

  • Deliver structured daily coaching, milestone tracking, and performance accountability for new BDR hires.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Enablement and BDR Leadership to align content hand-offs, role expectations, and skill progression.

  • Leverage performance data to continuously refine the ramp experience and improve onboarding KPIs.

  • Act as the primary development lead for new hires until they fully transition to the core BDR team.

  • Implement tools and cadences to maintain visibility into ramp performance and ensure consistent execution in a virtual environment.

What You Bring to the Company

  • A proven track record in BDR ramp acceleration, sales enablement, and early-career rep development.

  • A plug-and-play skillset that allows for immediate impact with minimal onboarding.

  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and lead through influence in a remote capacity.

  • A metrics-driven mindset with a passion for building scalable systems that drive measurable results.

  • Deep familiarity with BDR operations, onboarding best practices, and performance coaching frameworks.

Perks? We have plenty.

  • Competitive salaries that landed us top 5% of similar sized companies (according to Comparably)

  • Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage

  • 401(k) retirement match (100% matching up to 4%)

  • 32 days paid time off (21 personal days, 10 national holidays, 1 floating holiday)

  • 18 weeks paid parental leave for birth, adoption or surrogacy offered 1 year after start date

  • 5 days paid yearly to volunteer (through Sage Foundation)

  • $5,250 tuition reimbursement per calendar year starting 6 months after hire date

  • Sage Wellness Rewards Program ($600 wellness credit and $360 fitness reimbursement annually)

  • Library of on demand career development options and ongoing training offerings
