Full job description

Sage's North America XDR organization is entering its next phase of growth. We're hiring an XDR Strategy & Performance Manager to serve as a strategic partner to XDR leadership. You'll turn performance data into new plays, experiments, and executive-ready recommendations that make our inbound and outbound teams better every day.

This role reports to the Head of Global XDRs and supports the NA XDR Leadership team as a whole. It owns the analysis, the operating rhythm, and the strategic projects that move the business forward. You'll also lead our Ramp Acceleration team (2 direct reports), making sure new hires reach full productivity faster and learn what our top performers already do well.

This hybrid position requires commuting to the Atlanta (Ponce City Market) office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday each week.

Strategy and Plays (Inbound and Outbound)

Design, launch, and refine new plays for the XDR team to run across inbound and outbound motions.

Build and manage a structured experimentation program. Every test has a clear hypothesis, a success metric, and a decision at the end.

Identify the highest-leverage opportunities across the funnel and bring leadership clear recommendations on where to focus.

Performance Analysis and Insights

Analyze performance across the existing team by rep, segment, motion, and play to understand what's working and what isn't.

Identify what separates top performers from the rest of the team and turn those findings into actions leaders can use.

Build and maintain the dashboards and reporting that give leadership real-time visibility into team performance.

Leadership Support and Operating Rhythm

Build executive-ready decks, business reviews, and strategic materials for XDR leadership.

Drive the org's operating cadence, including weekly performance reviews, monthly business reviews, and planning cycles.

Own cross-functional special projects with Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, and Sales leadership from idea to execution.

Ramp Acceleration and Coaching

Lead and develop two Ramp Accelerators who deliver daily coaching and milestone tracking for new BDR hires.

Own the ramp framework from post-orientation to full productivity, including milestones, certification, and graduation criteria.

Partner with Enablement so new hire training reflects the plays and behaviors that are winning today.

Must have: experience in frontline XDR management or an Enablement background

Strong analytical skills and comfort working hands-on in Salesforce, Outreach, 6sense, and similar tools

A track record of building plays, programs, or experiments that measurably improved results

The ability to build clear, compelling decks and present recommendations to senior leaders

Coaching or people leadership experience, and the credibility to influence leaders across the org

A bias for action: you'd rather launch a test this week than debate it for a month

Perks? We have plenty.

  • Competitive salaries that landed us top 5% of similar sized companies (according to Comparably)

  • Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage

  • 401(k) retirement match (100% matching up to 4%)

  • 18 weeks paid parental leave for birth, adoption or surrogacy offered 1 year after start date

  • 5 days paid yearly to volunteer (through Sage Foundation)

  • $5,250 tuition reimbursement per calendar year starting 6 months after hire date

  • Sage Wellness Rewards Program ($600 wellness credit and $360 fitness reimbursement annually)
