Job Description
Responsibilities
The Coordinator, Access Center Quality coordinates and reports call center data, while providing administrative support and coordination for smooth, efficient departmental operations. This includes, but is not limited to, monitoring calls to measure performance, ensuring call center standards are met and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Qualifications
Required:
One year customer service in healthcare
Desired:
One year administration, clerical and/or scheduling
