Responsibilities

The Finance Manager for filter products will provide financial partnership as a key member of the filter products business team and directly support the filter products leadership team (General Managers). This role focuses on strategic, operational, and tactical decision-making to drive financial performance and business growth.

• Develop and implement financial strategies for the filter products business group • Lead and manage the financial planning and analysis process, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial information to the business leadership team for informed decision-making.• Collaborate with other departments, including sales, operations, and supply chain, to drive business growth and profitability • Stay updated on the fiber industry structure and market conditions to inform financial decision-making.• Work closely with the global finance team to ensure consistency and alignment across all divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field required• 3+ years of financial analysis or accounting, including project leadership, and application of financial acumen in business unit planning and performance• Comprehensive understanding of financial analysis techniques, discounted cash flow modeling, and accounting principles• Strong communication and influencing capabilities, with the ability to synthesize inputs into clear recommendations and defensible positions• Experience in driving team development and building a culture of engagement and high performance.
