Arden Hills, MN | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite) | 6-Month Contract

Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for Contract Administrator positions in Arden Hills, MN . This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills in contract administration while learning new ones to assist you in your career. Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts through the full contract lifecycle, including creation, updates, execution, and renewals.

  • Maintain accurate contract documentation and records within company systems.

  • Track and resolve contract-related requests and inquiries through internal platforms.

  • Collaborate with teams including Pricing, Contracting, IT, Customer Service, and Business Operations.

  • Support process improvement initiatives and maintain contract tracking systems.

  • Provide training and guidance on contract administration processes and tools.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 1 year of business, administrative, contract management, or related experience.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

Pay Details: $40.00 per hour
