The purpose of this position is to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient processing of outgoing packages using the Pitney Ship Pro system. This role is responsible for receiving packages, scanning 2D barcodes or manually entering recipient information, generating shipping labels, and applying labels correctly to ensure proper routing. By maintaining precision and consistency throughout the shipping workflow, this position supports smooth daily operations and helps guarantee that all packages are prepared for shipment according to company standards.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Ability to stand for long periods of time using repetitive motion to process mail.
-
Data entry skills or experience sufficient to input data quickly and accurately.
-
Ability to transport up to 70 pounds with or without assistance.

Ability to climb, bend, reach, carry, and push/pull.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience using Pitney Ship Pro System.
-
Knowledge of requirements for various mailing needs.
-
Experience with mail processing using a metering machine or the use of a scale to weight and verify the cost of mail.

Knowledge of postal rates and applications.
Physical Requirements
Successful candidate must pass pre-employment physical. Physical Demands: Work Performance Testing (WPT). Job involves exerting up to 21-35 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 13-21 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 7-10 pounds of force constantly to move or lift objects.
Additional Requirements
