Full job description

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Procore AI Go, our first native, AI-first app for construction—the key on-the-go AI app for the industry. In this role, you'll own a conversational experience that helps construction teams get answers and get work done through natural conversation—one that knows their project and can take action on their behalf. Your goal is to take the app from beta to wide release and shape AI capabilities that both stand on their own and embed across Procore's native apps.

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll partner with UX and Engineering to define the vision and roadmap for the app, then design, build, and ship conversational experiences that are fast, natural, and genuinely useful on the jobsite. Use your 0→1 product sense, fluency with AI-first product experiences and development, and relentless customer obsession to define a new category of construction software—putting genuinely intelligent AI in the hands of the people building the world. This is Procore's first native AI app and one of the company's most important bets: category-defining work with a direct line of sight to product leadership. Come help us build what's next in construction.

This hybrid position reports into the Group Product Manager, Mobile Platform and will be based in our San Francisco, CA office. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you'll do:

  • Own the roadmap, prioritization, and execution for Procore AI Go, taking it from beta to wide release.
  • Define and ship conversational experiences that let field teams get answers and complete work through natural conversation, without stepping away from the job.
  • Deepen the app's connection to Procore project data so users get fast, accurate answers and can act across their projects.
  • Shape how the app's AI capabilities both stand alone and embed across Procore's native apps.
  • Partner directly with customers in the field to understand real jobsite workflows and turn those insights into product direction.
  • Collaborate closely with UX and Engineering to design, build, launch, and continuously improve the experience.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize, measure quality, and guide decisions.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping consumer-grade mobile products.
  • Experience building AI-first or AI-powered product experiences—you understand how to design, ship, and improve products built on modern AI.
  • Partner closely with UX and Engineering to design and ship polished products, moving fast in an agile environment without losing the craft.
  • Get close to the people you build for—obsess over how construction teams actually work, and turn messy real-world problems into products they love to use.
  • Turn ambiguity into clarity: frame the problem, define crisp requirements, and set the metrics that tell you whether you're winning.
  • Influence without authority, aligning teams and stakeholders around a shared direction.

Base Pay Range: 168,560.00 - 231,770.00 USD Annual This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
