Work in close collaboration with OnRamps staff and UT Austin Faculty Leads to develop the curriculum and related course assets for the OnRamps Nutrition dual enrollment course.Create modules, activities, assessments, and other course resources in Canvas LMS; participate in course prototyping, user testing, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with OnRamps staff members and the UT Austin Faculty Lead to co-develop and implement professional learning assets for the OnRamps K-12 Instructors.
