Description
Our client, a successful law firm, is seeking an accomplished attorney to join their team in Concord, New Hampshire as a senior-level commercial litigator with a strong focus on real estate disputes. This opportunity is well suited for a practitioner who brings an established client portfolio and is prepared to lead matters from initial strategy through resolution. The role offers the chance to expand an existing practice while also supporting additional work generated by the firm’s current client base.
Role: Real Estate Commercial Litigation Attorney
Location: Concord, NH
Schedule: Hybrid, in office 4 days a week during onboarding then flexibility to be remote 3-4 days a week
Salary: $140,000 - $180,000+ (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.

Handle a significant portfolio of real estate-related litigation, including disputes arising from commercial real estate transactions and business relationships.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Bring and develop portable business while leveraging the firm's established client relationships and resources.

Take primary responsibility for the full management of assigned cases, including strategy, discovery, motions practice, depositions, negotiations, hearings and trial preparation.

Collaborate with attorneys and professionals across the firm on complex matters.

Continue developing and expanding a successful litigation practice within the firm.

Requirements:

Licensed to practice law in New Hampshire and in good standing.

4 or more years' experience handling commercial litigation, preferably with a substantial focus on real estate-related disputes.

Established client relationships and a minimum portable book of business of approximately $325,000.

Demonstrated ability to independently manage a sophisticated litigation caseload.

Strong business development, client management, and communication skills.

Candidates with a larger portable book of business are especially encouraged to apply.
