✨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! The Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Compliance Coordinator/Trainer at The Oaks Academy in Brownwood, Texas✨
The Oaks Academy is a secure post-adjudication facility located in Brownwood, Texas that provides comprehensive services to young men (13-17), using a trauma-informed, strength-based, gender responsive model. Through rigorous education, positive skill development, and individualized therapeutic interventions and treatment, we empower youth to reach their full potential. The facility features group, individual, and family therapy, on-site schooling, individual dorm rooms, and extracurricular opportunities for the young men. Pay: $60,000/annually+ depending on relevant education, qualifications, and Juvenile Supervision Officer (JSO), and knowledge of Texas Administrative Code (TAC), Chapters 343 & 344, is preferred.

What you will do: The Compliance Coordinator works as a staff member of the management team. This position works jointly with the Rite of Passage Program Director to accomplish licensing and corporate compliance at the ROP location. The Compliance Coordinator reports to the Program Director.
To be considered you should: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent - Have at least 4 years of experience in auditing and training or a bachelor’s degree in related field and one year of experience in auditing and training- Be able to learn ROP system and programs and know sufficiently in order to train staff- Be at least 21 years of age - Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test - Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
