Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Role summary:

The Manager – Business Analysis & Insights (Operational Performance Analytics) sits within Merchandising Excellence and serves as the analytics backbone for Middle Mile Inventory Flow’s Operational Performance pillar . This role connects end-to-end supply chain data into a unified view, builds models to identify relationships and quantify business impact, and translates complex performance data into insights that drive action across Merchandising, Supply Chain, and the supplier community.

About the team:

This role is part of Middle Mile Inventory Flow’s Operational Performance pillar, supporting OTIF, SQEP, Automation Readiness, Store Claims & Returns, and Transportation. The team partners with suppliers and the business to help product flow through the supply chain with fewer touches, less friction, and greater speed . We serve as the merchant in the room , balancing sales and supplier needs with supply chain performance to improve availability, quality, speed, and cost.

What you'll do:

  • Build a unified view across OTIF, SQEP, Automation Readiness, Claims & Returns, and Transportation.

  • Model relationships across metrics to identify root causes and quantify business impact.

  • Turn complex data into a cohesive supply chain performance story that drives action.

  • Lead the DefectOne Scorecard and integrated supplier performance reporting in M1/S1.

  • Evolve supplier incentives to prioritize actions with the greatest business impact.

  • Build scalable reporting and visualizations that move performance insights to action.

  • Influence cross-functional partners through clear, data-driven recommendations.

What you'll bring:

  • Strong experience in advanced analytics, data modeling, and predictive modeling to solve complex business problems.

  • Advanced SQL and data visualization skills, with Power BI experience preferred.

  • Strong data storytelling and influence , translating complex analysis into clear actions for senior leaders.

  • Ability to connect large, complex datasets and identify relationships, root causes, and business impact .

  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills with experience driving cross-functional work.

  • Experience in Supply Chain, Analytics, and/or Merchandising ; Product and Engineering experience is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end analytics initiatives and deliver measurable business value.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
