Communicate professionally with families about program updates, student needs, and behavioral concerns.

Support staff scheduling and coordinate coverage with other Site Directors and Area Directors.

Maintain accurate program records, staff and student files, and required incident documentation.

Support supply ordering, inventory, and other administrative responsibilities as assigned.

Follow company policies, confidentiality expectations, emergency procedures, and state licensing requirements.

Use web-based systems and communication tools to stay connected with families, site teams, and leadership.

Attend required meetings and complete necessary training.

Travel between school locations as needed and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

At least two years of experience working in a structured education or childcare setting.

At least one year of supervisory or management experience.

Ability to meet and maintain applicable state licensing requirements.

Reliable transportation to assigned schools throughout Sayreville and South Amboy.

Consistent availability for both before-school morning shifts and after-school afternoon shifts, Monday through Friday.

Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Comfort using technology and web-based systems.

Ability to adapt to different program environments and work collaboratively with multiple teams.

Prior Site Director or comparable program leadership experience is strongly preferred.
