Full job description

Peerstar is seeking Certified Peer Specialists (CPS) who are passionate about using their lived experience with mental health recovery to support and empower others. As a CPS, you will provide one-on-one, community-based peer support, helping individuals build confidence, develop recovery skills, and work toward their personal goals. We offer paid training and hiring incentives! 1. Not yet certified? Peerstar will cover the cost of your two-week certification training, pay you while you attend, and provide a $1,000 bonus upon successful completion. 2. Already certified? Receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus after completing 195 billable hours. Join a team that values lived experience and believes in the power of peer support to make a difference in the lives of others.
