This job was posted by https://idahoworks.gov : For more information, please see: https://idahoworks.gov/jobs/2613968 POSITION TITLE: INSTRUCTIONAL PARAPROFESSIONAL LOCATION: POCATELLO HIGH SCHOOL POSTING DATE: June 29, 2026 ADDITIONAL INFO: 6.5 hours per day for full time, 3.5 hours per day for part time DAYS: Nine month employment SALARY SCHEDULE: Rate of pay will be $14.15 per hour START DATE: Beginning of the 2026/2027 school year. JOB SUMMARY: The principle function of this position is to provide instructional assistance to students. The position works with individual and/or small groups of students to increase learning skills and levels; ability to work with students experiencing academic or behavior difficulties. The work is performed under the supervision of a classroom teacher and the building Principal. The principle duties of this position are performed in classroom environment. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent ANDsuccessful completion of a minimum of 32 academic core college semester credits that will lead to a Bachelors DegreeORmust pass the ETS Paraprofessional Praxis Assessment Test.Copy of transcripts must accompany the application.
