Executive Director, Health100 App, Digital Product Care Coordination, Wellness & Conversational AI

Position Summary The Executive Director, Health100 App, Digital Product is responsible for leading the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key Health100 experiences spanning conversational AI, care coordination, wellness, and ongoing treatment. This leader will oversee the development of connected consumer experiences that help members navigate care, understand and act on their health information, manage ongoing health needs, and engage with AI-powered capabilities. The Executive Director will also establish the product standards and guardrails required to ensure AI-enabled and data-driven health experiences are safe, trusted, appropriately scoped, and scalable. This leader will partner closely across Product, Design, Engineering, Clinical, Legal/Privacy, Operations, and business teams to translate member needs into differentiated digital health experiences and will report to the AVP of Health100 Product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for Health100 experiences spanning conversational AI, care coordination, wellness, and ongoing treatment, with direct ownership of the conversational AI assistant and its evolving agent capabilities.

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy and concept development through launch, adoption, measurement, and continuous optimization.

  • Lead experiences that help members find, understand, and access the right care, including provider discovery, care navigation, scheduling, and coordination across care options.

  • Own the member wellness experience, including how health information and connected-device data are integrated, interpreted, and translated into relevant and actionable experiences.

  • Develop and scale digital experiences that support longitudinal health journeys, including the product framework and guardrails for introducing new conditions, programs, and care offerings over time.

  • Establish product goals and success measures, using member insights, product performance, and business outcomes to inform roadmap priorities and ongoing optimization.

  • Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Clinical, Legal/Privacy, Operations, and business stakeholders to translate consumer and clinical needs into scalable product capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive product management experience, including experience with complex, consumer-facing digital products.
  • Demonstrated experience building and launching AI-powered, conversational AI, or agent-based products, with an understanding of how these products are tested, governed, and safely scaled.
  • Meaningful experience within healthcare, digital health, consumer health, or another highly regulated and trust-sensitive consumer environment.
  • Experience developing digital products that leverage complex consumer, clinical, or health data to create personalized and actionable experiences.
  • Experience developing consumer experiences related to care navigation, wellness, ongoing treatment, or other health management journeys.
  • Strong understanding of product considerations related to privacy, consent, safety, regulatory requirements, and the responsible use of AI and consumer data.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex product strategies and drive execution across Product, Design, Engineering, Clinical, Legal/Privacy, Operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to balance product innovation, consumer experience, technical considerations, and risk in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong executive communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex product and technical concepts into clear strategies, decisions, and recommendations.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is:

$175,100.00 - $334,750.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
