Assistant Administrator
Job Summary:
Allaire Rehab & Nursing, a leader in hotel-style healthcare, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Administrator to join our team. With a commitment to Revolutionizing Care Delivery, we are looking for a talented individual to assist our Administrator in the overall management and operations of our 174-bed Special Care Nursing Facility. Responsibilities:

Assist the Administrator in the supervision and management of daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow

Provide support in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and regulations

Collaborate with the nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and resident satisfaction
-
Maintain accurate records and reports, including documentation, statistics, and financial records
-
Participate in staff training and education programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in customer service, quality care, and teamwork
Requirements:

2+ years of experience in healthcare administration

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Knowledge of healthcare regulations, laws, and industry standards
