Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Embedded with senior leadership to support a large-scale operational transformation initiative.

• Focused on improving systems, processes, and cross-functional coordination.

• Serves as a senior execution lead responsible for driving complex programs forward with minimal oversight. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Owns end-to-end execution across assigned workstreams, including milestone tracking, dependency management, and stakeholder coordination.

• Manage the full lifecycle of the project; including alignment across implementation activities, ensuring cross-functional teams remain synchronized on scope, priorities, and delivery timelines.

• Produce and maintain clear project documentation

• Manage client communications, ensuring transparency, trust and satisfaction throughout the project.

• Proactively identifies and removes bottlenecks, escalating risks early and maintaining forward momentum across all program tracks.

• Leads the streamlining of intake, evaluation, and delivery processes as part of the broader operational transformation.

Skills and Requirements

-8 + years of experience in project management -PMP

• Proven track record leading operational transformation and change management programs in complex, matrixed environments.
• Strong background in process improvement, systems integrations, and cross-functional program delivery — ideally within insurance, claims, or financial services operations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, build stakeholder trust quickly, and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving engagements.
