Job Description
The Student Worker, Over and Short Control - CCTV is responsible for reviewing CCTV footage, answering phone calls, and assisting with other departmental needs.
Responsibilities
-
Manage the CCTV shared inbox and review footage for damages and shortages.

Investigate shipment discrepancies using CCTV footage.

Process and complete requests in the Video Request System queue.

Capture and save key images from footage for documentation.

Maintain organized records of footage and images.

Answer calls and support CCTV-related inquiries.

Other duties and projects, as assigned.
Requirements
Education:
- Currently pursuing a college degree.
Computer Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Other Details
Work Hours:
- This is a part time position that will average fewer than 30 hours per week. Work hours generally fall between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.
Travel Requirements:
- Minimal (0%-25%)
Compensation:
- This is a hourly position paid weekly.
