Responsibilities for CRM Data Analyst include but are not limited to:

  • Review Zoho CRM account records to identify duplicates, incomplete records, inconsistencies, and data quality issues.

  • Standardize account names, addresses, country and region values, industry classifications, and other key account fields.

  • Correct incomplete or inaccurate account records using defined business rules and source system references.

  • Normalize key data fields to support consistent reporting, migration mapping, and downstream system use.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of data updates, assumptions, exceptions, and unresolved issues.

SAP and CRM Account Matching

  • Perform record-level matching between Zoho CRM accounts and SAP master data.

  • Use available identifiers, including Sold-To numbers, Bill-To numbers, quote IDs, order information, and account details, to establish accurate system linkages.

  • Leverage tools such as Zoho DataPrep, Excel, and AI-assisted matching capabilities to identify probable matches.

  • Manually validate low-confidence or ambiguous matches using business context and stakeholder input.

  • Create, update, and maintain a mapping file between Zoho CRM account records and SAP master account data.

  • Flag discrepancies, duplicates, missing references, and data conflicts for review and resolution.

Quote, Order, and Historical Data Mapping

  • Use current and historical order information to help connect CRM accounts and quotes to corresponding SAP customer records.

  • Support mapping of quote and opportunity history to accurate account records so that historical sales activity remains usable after migration.

  • Identify records where account, quote, order, Bill-To, or Sold-To information does not align and document required follow-up.

  • Ensure mapping work supports future reporting, lead-to-sale visibility, and migration traceability.

Data Quality Validation and Exception Management

  • Perform validation checks to confirm that cleansed and mapped data is accurate, complete, and ready for migration planning.

  • Conduct spot audits and reviews with business stakeholders as needed.

  • Track exceptions, unresolved matches, and data quality risks in a structured log.

  • Escalate data issues when business input or system owner guidance is required.

  • Support before-and-after data quality assessment reporting.

Migration Readiness Support

  • Prepare cleansed datasets and supporting mapping files for future Microsoft Dynamics migration activities.

  • Help align source CRM data with expected future-state structures and required fields.

  • Support data profiling, transformation review, and migration testing activities as needed.

  • Identify opportunities to improve data controls, validation rules, and governance processes for the future-state environment.

  • Assist with documenting lessons learned and recommendations to reduce post-migration cleanup.

SOP and Data Governance Documentation

  • Document repeatable procedures for CRM account cleansing, duplicate review, and SAP matching.

  • Contribute to standard operating procedures for ongoing account data maintenance.

  • Recommend data entry standards, duplicate prevention practices, and field validation rules.

  • Help define clear handoff points for records that require business validation or system owner review.

  • Support the development of a sustainable data governance framework for account data.

Candidates for CRM Data Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

  • Strong data analysis, data cleansing, and data validation skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, lookup functions, and data comparison techniques.

  • Ability to work accurately with large datasets and maintain strong attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to track progress, exceptions, and decisions clearly.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently while escalating issues appropriately.

  • Ability to follow defined procedures while also identifying process improvement opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with SAP or ERP customer master data.

  • Experience with Zoho DataPrep, Power Query, Microsoft Copilot, Excel AI, or other data transformation and matching tools.

  • Experience supporting CRM migrations, ERP integrations, or master data cleanup projects.

  • Understanding of sales operations, customer master data, opportunity management, quote management, or lead-to-cash processes.

  • Experience documenting SOPs, data governance procedures, or process improvement recommendations.

  • Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders in sales, finance, customer service, IT, and business operations.

Pay Details: $39.00 per hour
