Position: Temp Check Job Summary: In a fast-paced production, team environment, the Temp Check is always maintaining a safe environment - compliant with all company standards. The Temp Check position is responsible for gathering product temperatures at required intervals and documenting on area paperwork. This position requires 100% standing in both cold and hot environments. Major Responsibilities: * Maintain proper meat quality * Maintain pace with line speed * Other duties as assigned Required knowledge and experience: * No previous experience required * Must be a team player * Must be safety, quality, and efficiency minded Physical Requirements * Computer usage * Interaction with some chemicals * Documenting information * Read/use measuring device * Exposure to cold (< 40 degrees) * Light lifting (0-10 lbs.) * Reaching * Prolonged standing for consecutive hours * Body twisting * Extensive fine motor movements * Exposure to heat West Liberty Foods/Liberty Cold/Crystal Lake Farms is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
