Provide customer service and end-to-end coordination of field sign programs across North America, supporting Pioneer sales representatives, Territory Managers, District Managers, and Multi-Channel brands, including Brevant™, Hoegemeyer™, and Crop Protection.

We are seeking a Sales Promotions Coordinator . This position coordinates field sign ordering and distribution, inventory management, website administration, and annual field sales budget allocations. As the primary contact for field sign inquiries, the coordinator provides ordering and system support and partners with vendors, Procurement, and Accounts Payable to support timely fulfillment, accurate invoices, and vendor payments. The role also supports Canadian field sign requirements, monthly billing, and year-end order reconciliation.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary contact for field sign inquiries, providing timely phone and email support to sales representatives, Territory Managers, District Managers, and other customers.

  • Manage the ordering, processing, and distribution of corrugated double-sided field signs, signposts, fasteners, and related supplies.

  • Coordinate field sign and hardware fulfillment for Pioneer and Multi-Channel brands, including Brevant™, Hoegemeyer™, Crop Protection, and other supported brands.

  • Troubleshoot online ordering and system-related issues, coordinating with IT and other resources as needed.

  • Monitor field sign and supply inventory to maintain adequate stock.

  • Prepare biweekly inventory reports and identify replenishment needs.

  • Manage back-orders, communicate product availability, and order status.

  • Work closely with Design Graphics, Lakefront Graphix, and other sign and post vendors to coordinate product requirements and fulfillment.

  • Request vendor quotes and prepare and submit purchase requisitions for field signs and related products.

  • Partner with Procurement and Accounts Payable to resolve invoice discrepancies and support accurate invoicing and timely vendor payments.

  • Maintain the Field Sign Admin website by adding products, updating pricing, uploading product images, and keeping product information current.

  • Coordinate annual field sign budget allocations with U.S. field sales teams.

  • Accurately enter approved allocations into individual sales representative and Territory Manager accounts before the field sign website launches in early February each year.

  • Complete monthly billing for field sign orders.

  • Perform year-end reconciliation of U.S. Pioneer and Canadian field sign orders.

  • Support the Canadian team with field sign and post requirements.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail: Maintains reliable order, inventory, pricing, budget, and billing information.

  • Organization and prioritization: Manages competing demands and meets recurring and seasonal deadlines.

  • Communication: Explains ordering processes, product availability, and issue resolution clearly.

  • Collaboration: Builds effective working relationships with field sales teams, vendors, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and IT.

  • Problem-solving: Research issues, identifies appropriate resources, and coordinates resolution.

  • Independent work: Takes ownership of responsibilities while recognizing when additional support or escalation is needed.

What Skills You Need:

Education

  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience in customer service, sales support, order administration, or related operations is also valued.

Experience and Knowledge Desired
